Red salmon is loaded with health benefits, especially omega-3 fatty acids to protect your heart. Besides being an excellent source of protein, salmon also benefits your brain, joints, eyes, and bones so be sure to leave the bones in for their calcium. Once you mash them up you won’t even know they’re there. I remove the skin because most toxins found in fish are concentrated in the skin.
